Men’s Team

Gym South offers USAG Men's Compulsory Gymnastics competitive teams from level 4 through level 7.  The compulsory boys currently train:

• Level 4 - 6 hours/week
• Level 5 - 9 hours/week
• Level 6 & 7  - 12 hours/week

The team is coached by Stefan Benedict, Owner of Gym South, and Boys Competitive team Director.  The boys will compete across Georgia and Tennessee this season beginning with Judge's Cup in Cartersville, GA.  Other meets for the 2006-2007 season include:

• GGA EZ Classic,
• Flipfest, Knoxville, TN,
• Roswell Invite, Roswell, GA,
• Gatlinburg Classic, Gatlinburg, TN,
• Peachtree Men's Classic, Tucker, GA
• State Meet, Cobb County, GA
• Regional 8 Meet, Knoxville, TN. 

Gym South offers USAG Men's Optional Gymnastics competitive teams for levels 8, 9 & 10.  The optional boys currently train on a rotating schedule and practice 16 hours/week. 

The Optional Team is coached by Kyle Sherrit, Optional Team Head Coach.  The boys will compete across the USA this season beginning with Judge's Cup in Cartersville, GA.  Other meets for the 2006-2007 season include:

• Flipfest, Knoxville, TN,
• Roswell Invite, Roswell, GA,
• Black Jack, Las Vegas, NV
• Gatlinburg Classic, Gatlinburg, TN,
• State Meet, Cobb County, GA
• Regional 8 Meet, Knoxville, TN, 
• Junior Olympic Nationals, Oklahoma City, OK.
