What is your coaching style, favorite techniques, etc?
I believe in strong basics, strength, and
flexibility. I want my gymnasts to work
hard and have fun.
|
|
Why did you become a coach? I
wanted to be able to give other kids what I got
through gymnastics.
|
|
What do you hope for your gymnasts to get our
of their classes? I hope kids walk
away with a love of gymnastics as well as
confidence, self respect, and good memories.
